By booking a trip with us you have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the tables below.

Taxes:

All prices include taxes.

Children:

All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or in lieu of a legal guardian, by an escort over the age of 18, appointed by their legal guardian. The legal guardian or their designee will be responsible for the traveller under the age of 18’s day to day care. If a legal guardian elects to designate an escort in their lieu, they will be required to complete and sign a relevant document, to delegate their authority.

Deposit & Final Payment:

The tour is guaranteed once the deposit is paid. The minimum deposit for all tours is 10% per adult and child or you can choose to pay the amount in full.

The deposit is fully refundable over 60 days prior to the tour date.

If the group numbers reduce, the deposit paid can be used towards final payment for the group if advised 60 days prior to the travel date.

If your booking balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and cancellation charges may apply as mentioned above.

Please note that a surcharge may be applied to a purchase made by a credit card.

Cancellations:

Over 60 days prior to the travel date, no cancellation fee is applied.

If the refund is handled by Youin Travel, any transfer fee will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee (if any).

Any cancellation by Youin Travel due to weather is subject to suppliers’ policy, Youin Travel will inform travellers.

Any cancellation due to a natural disaster / Extreme Weather event, war, civil unrest, pandemic, epidemic or any act of government beyond the reasonable control of each party, foreseeable or not, which would make a viable trip or not to commence.

We can offer you a choice of:

  1. Credit of 100% of monies paid for your trip
  2. A refund minus costs unrecoverable
  3. A credit of 100% for the days remaining on your trip
  4. A refund minus costs unrecoverable for the days remaining on your trip

Note: any credit supplied does not have an expiry date, is not redeemable for a cash substitute and exclude flights and insurances (they have their own booking conditions).

Changes:

No change fee. Customer is highly recommended to go to the “Log in” to proceed with changes on www.youintravel.com or email at travel@youintravel.com.

All changes are allowed within 49 days of the travel date.

Youin members will be in touch to confirm availability and price.

Names and required information:

All names, full passport details and required information for the group are due at final payment ( Please log in My Account to complete the information form on our website.)

Passport and visas:

It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region you visit on your trip. 

This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by us and/or the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies.

Your passport must be valid 6 months after the last date of return travel as set out on your itinerary. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the trips, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. 

You agree that you are fully responsible for the full amount of any loss, or expense incurred by us that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.

  • Prices for confirmed tours cannot be re-negotiated.
  • No downgrade refund applies.
  • Transfer of deposit from one tour to another tour is allowed.
