Everest Chola Pass offers the ultimate beauty of Nepal’s Everest region. It combines all treks to Everest Base Camp with Chola pass and Gokyo Lake.

As you walk, you can experience the lush landscape, monasteries, forests, glaciers and glacier lakes.

The fun of the Everest Base Camp trek merges with the adventure of Cho la pass to make a lifetime achievement.

Everest Chola Pass Trek delivers stunning views of mountains such as Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, and many more.

The captivating mountain views will find a place in your mind that will never fade. It is a nerve shaking feeling to walk with the views of mountains and glaciers lakes.

The Khumbu region is also rich in mountain culture. Here we will find people belonging to ethnic groups like Sherpa, Rai and Magar.

You can encounter monasteries that appear out of nowhere. You get to experience the Tibetan culture with a Nepalese blend on it.

Strolling around the classic village with the background of Himalayas vistas is the best feeling.

You can enjoy a stay in the classic village settlements. You explore the Lush sub-tropical vegetation of East Nepal.

If you are lucky, you might also encounter animals such as the Snow Leopard and Red Panda.

Chola Pass Trek along with Everest Base Camp is a difficult trek. One needs to have a good physical condition to accomplish the trek. Previous experience of high altitude trek is always helpful during the strenuous trek.

But even without such experience, you can make the trek. The trek to Chola Pass is equally prodigious throughout the year.

Overview:

The Trek to Everest Chola Pass begins from the vibrant town of Kathmandu. The crowd and noise of the capital city are different from what one experiences in the Base Camp.

An exhilarating flight from Kathmandu to Lukla takes you deep in the Khumbu region. As you walk on the Dudhkoshi River, you get into the Sagarmatha National Park.

Then you move ahead to Everest Base Camp via Namche and other classic villages. The path leads to a valley enriched with turquoise Gokyo Lakes.

The splendid Ngozumpa glacier with Gokyo Lakes is mesmerising. Then we cross the thrilling the icy trail of Cho La pass.

After crossing Chola Pass, we will mostly walk downwards. As we walk back, the mountains get far from us and the walk gets easier.

We get back to the village of Namche and then to Lukla. A flight to Kathmandu from Lukla brings the end to the Journey.
