Visit the iconic landmark – the Tokyo Skytree for panoramic views of the city. Explore the trendy neighborhoods of Shibuya or Harajuku, known for their fashion, shopping, and vibrant street culture.

Take a relaxing boat cruise along the Sumida River to see the city from a different perspective.

Return to your hotel and spend the evening at your leisure, perhaps experiencing a traditional Japanese izakaya (pub) dinner.

Take a Hokuriku Shinkansen train from Tokyo to Nagano.

Day 9: Takayama - Flight to Sapporo

Visit the Sapporo Beer Museum, where you can learn about the history and brewing process of one of Japan’s most famous beers. Enjoy a tasting session of different beer varieties.

Take a stroll down Tanukikoji Shopping Street, a bustling arcade filled with shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Explore the various shops selling local food products, souvenirs, and fashion items.

Day 11: Sapporo - City Tour

City tour today offer a glimpse into the history, culture, and modern lifestyle of Sapporo.

Firstly, we visit Old Government Building (Former Hokkaido Government Office), a historic landmark in Sapporo. Built in 1888, it served as the seat of the Hokkaido Government until 2011. The red brick structure is a symbol of Sapporo and is known for its distinctive architecture.

Visit Sapporo Clock Tower, another iconic symbol of the city. Constructed in 1878, it originally served as a drill hall for the Sapporo Agricultural College. A small museum on the first floor, displays the history of the clock tower and the early days of Sapporo.

Tanuki Koji is a lively shopping arcade located in the heart of Sapporo. It is a covered pedestrian street lined with shops, restaurants, and various entertainment venues.

Odori Park: Odori Park is a large green space that stretches for 1.5 kilometers through the center of Sapporo. The park serves as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, especially during the annual Sapporo Snow Festival held in February. Odori Park features beautiful gardens, walking paths, fountains, and open spaces for relaxation and recreational activities.
